T.I. RELEASED FROM PRISON AND SENT TO A HALFWAY HOUSE TODAY

Rapper T.I. was released from prison in Arkansas today after serving seven months behind bars,and the rapper's lawyer says he'll spend the rest of his sentence living in a halfway house.
T.I.,real name Clifford Harris, was sentenced to 366 days in the Forrest City penitentiary earlier this year, after he was busted in 2007 for sending his bodyguard out to buy machine guns and silencers.
T.I.'s lawyer, Steve Sadow, told the Atlanta-Journal Constitution that the rapper is expected to report to Dismas Charities Atlanta West in Georgia tonight,where he'll live in a halfway house for the next three months.
After his sentence is completed, T.I. still has to complete 500 hours of community service and 23 days of home incarceration.

Dwight Howard is accusing his baby mama of endangering the security
of their 2 yr old child, and her alleged weapon of choice, Twitter.
Howard just filed another lawsuit against his ex, Royce Lyndsay Reed,
claiming she broke a court order by posting photos of their kid on Twitter.
According to documents filed by Howard earlier this month in Florida, Reed
was ordered by a judge in 2008 to refrain from posting images of their son
Braylon on "blogs, websites, etc."
The reason behind the 2008 court order, the Orlando Magic star believes
throwing the kid's pics on the web poses "a significant security threat
to the child because [Dwight] is a highly-paid public personality."
In the docs, Howard is suing Reed for $142,500 , which is $500 for each
of her 285 Twitter followers,plus attorney's fees.
As we first reported, Dwight filed a $9.2 million lawsuit against Reed
earlier this month, because she allegedly bashed him on a gossip website.xtortion
Woman Sues Kat Williams For Alleged 10 Month Service With No Pay
A woman who claims to have been Katt Williams' assistant says the comedian
made a joke out of her loyal service, and now she's looking to have the
last laugh to the tune of $232,000.
Jacqueline Gutierrez filed a complaint with the California Labor Commission
against Kattpack Investments, INC. -- after she was allegedly never paid for
the 10 months she was on the road with the comedian.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, Gutierrez also claims she had to pay
all of her own expenses during the tour, including food and lodging , and
racked up huge bills in the process.
Gutierrez claims she's owed $100,800 in wages, $32,000 in out-of-pocket expenses,
$58,645 in hotel bills and on and on, a grand total of $232,645.

Alaina Reed Hall, the kind-faced actress best known as Olivia on 'Sesame Street' who later starred on '227,' died Dec. 17 in Los Angeles after a lengthy battle with breast cancer, the Springfield News-Sun reported. She was 63.
Beginning in 1976 and running up until the late 1980s, Hall was known to millions of children as photographer Olivia on the PBS show. She told the News-Sun in 2004 it was "the best job I ever had."
In 1985, she was cast in the urban sitcom '227' as Rose, the go-to friend in the neighborhood. The cast also included the always-sassy Jackée Harry and ran for five seasons.
After '227' left the airwaves in 1990, Hall made several guest appearances in shows such as 'Blossom' before scoring a lead role on the short-lived sitcom 'Cleghorne!' in 1995.
Her film credits include 'Death Becomes Her' and 'Cruel Intentions.'
Hall was also a talented singer, having began her career on Broadway ('Hair,' 'Chicago') and released a single, 'Bad for My Head,' in 1972.

Beyonce's Mom Tina Files For Divorce

HOUSTON — Beyonce's mother, Tina Knowles, has filed for divorce from the pop diva's father and manager, Mathew Knowles. Tina Knowles began legal proceedings Nov. 11, according to documents filed with the Harris County Court Clerk. She launched the House of Dereon clothing line with Beyonce in 2006.
"The decision to end our marriage is an amicable one. We remain friends, parents, and business partners," the couple said in a statement provided to The Associated Press on Friday. "If anyone is expecting an ugly messy fight, they will be sadly disappointed. We ask for your respect of our privacy as we handle this matter."
The divorce filing came about a month after Mathew Knowles was named in a paternity suit. Los Angeles resident Alexsandra Wright claims in the lawsuit that he is the father of her unborn child.
Tina and Mathew Knowles wed in 1980. In addition to 27-year-old Beyonce, they have another daughter, 23-year-old singer Solange.
